Jeremiah 10:8-10

⁸ But they are altogether ^(A)stupid and foolish
In their discipline of ^[a]delusion—^[b]their idol is wood!
⁹ Beaten ^(B)silver is brought from ^(C)Tarshish,
And ^(D)gold from Uphaz,
The work of a craftsman and of the hands of a goldsmith;
Violet and purple are their clothing;
They are all the ^(E)work of skilled men.
¹⁰ But the Lord is the ^(F)true God;
He is the ^(G)living God and the ^(H)everlasting King.
At His wrath the ^(I)earth quakes,
And the nations cannot ^(J)endure His indignation.
